Clypt’s adaptive AI engine converts those descriptions into executable trading algorithms.b. Backtesting and DeploymentBacktesting and Deployment Users can backtest their strategies using historical market data and deploy them on supported centralized exchanges (“CEXs”) such as Binance, Coinbase, OKX or decentralized exchanges (“DEXs”) such as AsterDex. To enable live trading, users must provide their own API keys issued by their exchange accounts.Clypt does not store or retain API keys in its internal databasesfor security reasons. API keys are temporarily used only to execute authorized operations through the user’s own account.

Marketplace Users may publish, share, or sell their trading strategies on Clypt’s Marketplace.Clypt charges a transaction fee or commissionon each successful sale or license of a strategy, as disclosed within the Marketplace interface.d. Referral and Partner ProgramsUsers may receive subscription discounts when registering trading accounts via Clypt’s partner links (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, AsterDex). Clypt may receive a share of trading fees from these exchanges under their respective referral or affiliate programs.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Whop).Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.Refunds may be granted only in cases required by applicable law. By publishing or selling strategies on Clypt’s Marketplace, you grant Clypt a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content for Marketplace functionality. Clypt does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Users retain ownership of their individual strategy content but grant Clypt the limited license described above for platform operation purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the Clypt platform without express written permission.

Clypt is committed to protecting your privacy.
